IMPORTANT
- To the best of our ability, and unless stated otherwise, all NSCA Championship events are now in accordance with CCA Rules
- In case of disagreement the NSCA Rules for Championship Play posted on-line will be considered correct

- The Entry Deadline being past
- No entry fee being required (as is the case with the Men's/Women's/Junior Provincial Championships)
- The Entry form has not been opened for access
